Enrollment/Availability

Do we accept state assistance?
Yes. 


How do I enroll my child?
Stop by  the location you're interested in, take a tour, and pick up an enrollment packet.


Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes. $65/per child prior to the start date. 


Am I able to hold a spot for my child?
Families are able to hold an enrollment spot for their child by paying the enrollment upfront.
School-Age families wanting to hold a spot for the upcoming school year can by paying a 10 day holding fee. (non-refundable)

Tuition/Fees

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due the 3rd business day at the beginning of each month. 


How can I pay my tuition?
Check, Money order, or Tuition Express.


Can I switch my contracted days?
Yes. There is a $20 change of contract fee. 


Can I take vacation time?
Each year families are given a certain amount of vacation days based upon their scheduled contract.  

  

If the center is closed for weather/holidays do I still need to pay tuition for that day?

Yes. If it falls on your scheduled contracted day. 


Do you provide drop in care?
We provide drop in care for current enrolled families. The fee is $10 plus the daily rate.

Daily Routine/Supplies

What is the latest time I can drop off my child?
Our drop off time is no later than 10am. Unless approved by your sites director ahead of time.


Can I drop my child off before scheduled contract times?
You may drop your child off before scheduled time IF approved by your sites director 24 hours in advance. 


Do you provide transportation? 

We provide transportation to/from BG schools within a 5 mile radius from the center. We also provide transportation to/from field trips as needed.


What supplies do I need to provide for my child?

Each classroom requires different supplies. You must provide enough supplies to last a minimum of 3 days.


Do we provide USDA meals? 

We provide a nutritious morning and afternoon snack. Breakfast and lunch is provided by the parents. 


When are meal times?  

7:30 - 8:00 breakfast  

10:00 - 10:30 am snack 

12:00 - 12:30 lunch

3:00 - 3:30 pm snack


If I drop my child off after 8am and they have not had breakfast can they still eat?
Please have children fed prior to 8am as it disrupts class routines.


Will my child take a nap? 

Children are offered a nap time between 12:45pm - 2:45pm


What activities does my child do?

Each class follows a schedule that engages the children in group activities, free play, and structured activities. 

Health/Safety

When should I keep my child home? 

You should keep your child home if they are showing signs of illness. Your child may be sent home if illness occurs. 


Can my child return after being sent home?
Children must be symptom free for 24 hours before returning to care.


Can I bring medication for my child?
Yes. Parents must provide medication for children as needed and medication form must be signed by physician. 

 

Do I need to provide sunscreen?
Yes. Parents will sign a sunscreen medication form and the teachers will fill them out as needed.


Who is allowed to pick up my children? 

Children are only allowed to be picked up by the approved persons in the child's file. *Must have photo ID*


Is there a door code to enter your facility?
All of our centers have door codes for parents/guardians to enter. Other relatives are not allowed to have access to these codes.
